Zoning Review Board to Consider Rezoning Proposal for Neighborhood Properties
The city’s Zoning Review Board will consider an application to rezone three properties in Lindridge-Martin Manor. The next meeting is Nov. 5 beginning at 6 p.m. Neighbors are encouraged to attend to voice their opinions on the proposal.
This is the third of three meetings in October and November in which the proposal will be discussed and voted upon. The full schedule appears below.
The three properties in the proposal are at 910, 922, and 928 Lindbergh Drive.
Please note: For all virtual NPU-F meetings going forward, officials need to verify residency before residents can cast votes. We’ve posted full details on that process on our LMMNA NPU-F site.
We acknowledge that the process to verify residency is not ideal, but it’s necessary during this virtual time. For more information or for updates, send an email to npu@lmmna.org.
